Wall Ties

Wall Ties or Cavity Ties Galvanised Red, are a heavily zinc coated tie that are an essential element for stabilising a cavity wall. They are used to anchor the weather protecting wall to the main structure of a building.

Galvanised Wall Ties are a medium duty tie that meets all Australian standards.

Wall Ties are available in a bundle of 50 or a box of 500.

Veneer Ties

Veneer Ties are a galvanised wall tie designed to tie a single leaf of masonry to a load bearing frame.

Veneer Ties come in boxes of 150.

Stubby Ties (L Shaped)

Stubby Ties are a galvanised ‘Face Fixing Veneer Tie’, that are used to fix a timber frame to brickwork.

Galvanised Brickmesh (BrickTor – 70mm x 46m)

BrickTor is a galvanised woven mesh that is used to reinforce brickwork and provide joint flexibility. This improves mortar strength and drastically reduces the mortar cracking.

BrickTor is available in 70mm x 46m.

Socked Flexi Pipes

Flexipipe is also known as Agg pipe, is certified to AS/NZS 2439. It is a slotted PVC pipe placed into a trench that’s backfilled with rocks or sand. The purpose of agg pipes is to drain away any water that’s in the ground. Surface water or groundwater that seeps into the trench falls through the rocks and is carried away by the slotted PVC pipe.

It is available in the following sizes:

Geotextile Trench Fabric

Geotextile trench fabric is used for drainage, separation, and reinforcement of soils. It also can serve the following purposes: road stabilisation, soil separation, soil reinforcement and erosion control.

Premium Weed Mat

Premium Weedmat is an excellent quality, UV stabilised hardwearing weed mat that has a thickness of 108gsm. It is especially designed for the nursery industry which requires a product with a long life that is durable enough to handle light traffic and still prevent weeds growing through. It also features light green lines to assist with plant placement.

Premium Weedmat is available in:

Rally Weed Control Mat

The Rally Weed Control Matt is used to prevent weeds from growing in garden beds and other outdoor areas which also allows water and nutrients through, so they don't suffocate the ground or impede your plants' growth

Rally Weed Control Mat is made of black woven polypropylene fabric and is made with 100% recycled materials. It has a thickness of 85gsm and is UV stabilised.

It is available in the following sizes:

Black Builders Plastic

Black plastic film for builders and concreters. Suitable for wrapping, wall covering, floor covers or under concrete. Non-recycled black plastic NOT UV resistant.

Expansion Foam Joint (100mm x 25m)

Expansion Joint Filler is a closed cell, cross-linked polyethylene foam to be used for expansion joints in concrete and brickwork. It is readily compressible and compatible with most liquid sealants.

Available in adhesive or non-adhesive backing.

Dampcourse Polythene

Damp course is ideal for use between rising damp susceptible walls. It is easy to cut, drill and lift both corners to accommodate pipes and cables. The black embossed finish helps prevent the growth of mould/musty smell. Not to be used for exposed flashing.

Alcor Aluminium Dampcourse

A bitumen coated, fully annealed,99% pure aluminium core dampcourse. The aluminium core is totally coated with bitumen. It is impervious to moisture, not affected by lime or cement, edge coated, easily dressed, strong, creepfree, pliable – may be bent without fracturing, will not stain brickwork, non slip, light and easily handled.

Alcor complies with Australian Standard: AS / NZS 2904: 1986.

Bondcrete

Bondcrete is an Australian made highly concentrated bonding and sealing agent that is used in a wide range of fields such as tiling, concreting, plastering, rendering and carpentry.

Bondcrete contains a unique resin additive that produces maximum bonding strength, often without the need for etching the intended surface first.

Bondcrete is available in 1 litre, 4 litre and 20 litre buckets.

Diggers Bycol – Dark

Bycol Dark provides a smoother finish for plaster and cement renders due to a special resin. Ideal for steel trowelling. Bycol Dark is similar to Bycol Clear, but is designed for use by plasterers to obtain a far smoother rendered surface.

It is available in 5l and 20l tubs.

Diggers Bycol – Clear

Bycol Clear is an air-entraining admixture used to improve the workability of brickwork mortars and concrete mixes. Bycol Clear provides a more durable mortar and concrete by reducing segregation and bleeding.

It is available in 1l, 5l and 20l tubs.

Cemstik

Cemstik is a bonding agent and admixture that is commonly used to strengthen concrete and render products etc. Cemstik is also often used to bond new render or concrete to existing render or concrete.

Cemstik is available in a 1 litre, 4 litre and 20 litre buckets.

Tilers Lath Render Mesh – 685mm x 2.4m

Rib metal lath is an expanded metal made sheet with ribs to increase the strength of its overall structure.

This is available in 685mm x 2.4m

Boral Blue Circle Oxide – Red

Boral Blue Circle comes in various colours and is added to pure cement to create different shades of concrete, mortar, grout or render. Make lighter shades by including littler measures of oxide. Oxide should be included by volume not weight and the amount of oxide utilized relies upon the amount of cement in your mix, not on different components of the mix, for example, sand or aggregate – see package for further directions.

Available oxides include:
- Black
- Red
- Sandstone
- Yellow
- Dark Brown
Additional colours are available by special order.

Expansion Ties

Expansion Ties take the guesswork out of laying masonry wall expansion gaps. The patented design holds tight providing maximum grip in the hard yet brittle mortar, whilst providing the correct control gap (10-20mm) necessary in masonry construction.

Expansion Ties are available in a box of 20.

Hessian Sandbag

Hessian Sandbags are a standard government size - 838mm x 357mm. They have a broad range of applications including: weighting down tarpaulins & ground covers, temporary structures and barricades, stabilizing road sign, flood protection, defence walling and ballasting.

Hessian Garden Tie

A soft and gentle webbing for all occasions. Easy to use and handle, this webbing is made from all natural fibres. It has a strong -weave and is biodegradable. Mostly used for garden applications.

Nylon Siltbag 1000mm x 250mm UV

Silt Bags are filled with sand or gravel and laid around various site storm water inlets or across open drains to slow the velocity of runoff flow and retain suspended sediment. The aim is to minimise this silt or sediment loss from sites and the entry of these particles into storm water systems and ultimately protecting the natural waterways.

Silt Socks bags are used to compliment the requirements of local, state and federal government authorities for erosion and sediment control on construction sites.
