DELIVERIES & PICK UPS
DELIVERIES
All you need to do is follow these steps to get your order delivered.
Call our friendly office and place your order by paying prior to delivery via credit card over the phone or cash in our yard. Our friendly drivers can also take cash payment when onsite, provided you are onsite to accept delivery.
Please provide clear and detailed instructions on where you would like our delivery drivers to tip the products. Leaving a tarp out to tip on is ideal. Our drivers or office may contact you in case any issues arise when they are on site.
PLEASE NOTE:
We cannot and will not tip bulk loads or loose tips under carports, trees, phone or power lines, or near water services.
The safety of you and our driver is paramount to us.
WHAT TO CONSIDER
There are some important factors to consider when placing a delivery:
- Our minimum order for delivery is 1 tonne.
- Will the delivery truck for loosley tipped products be able to access your property? Please ensure that adequate access is available to our drivers onsite, by instructing our staff if gates are locked or by providing gate codes . If drivers are unable to access the site and multiple attempts are made to contact you to obtain access, then a durther delivery charge will be applicable.
- Will your delivery fit in one load? If you are unsure, please check with staff to ensure as multiple deliveries/charges might be applicable to your order. Each delivery fee is per load.
- Small orders don’t always mean that you will get a small truck. If you require a small truck to come out to site due to narrow access, please request this when placing your order
- We can’t always guarantee that where you would like your items to be tipped off, is where they can be tipped off. Our drivers need to consider various factors when tipping off or unloading such as: overhead powerlines, steep driveway access, stable area to crane items off, narrow access, water services, wet access etc. Also be mindful to let our staff know when placing your order if there is anything that could create an issue (as noted above) for our drivers onsite.
